Releasing Guilt

The guilt of practicing BDSM. The voice that says, sometimes right after the scene, sometimes hours later: what have you done, you should not have enjoyed that.
Where shame is about who you are, guilt is about what you did, and it needs a different set of tools. Mistress Anna maps where this guilt actually comes from, five sources, from inherited moral codes and imagined judgment to the post-scene neurochemistry of sub drop and top drop, and shows why, in almost every case, the guilt is a response to inherited rules, not to anything you actually did wrong.
Then the working part: an ethical reality check of three honest questions that separate guilt that is real information from guilt that is only inherited residue, and four exercises, each drawn from a named therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT thought records, Transactional Analysis permission statements, and radical acceptance.
This is the inner work of practicing without apology, pleasure met with permission instead of punishment.
