Live Couples Trainings with Mistress Anna
Some things are easier to learn in the same room as the person you love. These are live trainings for couples, delivered in person by Mistress Anna at her private studio in Marbella, with several also available online. You come as you are, at whatever stage you are at, and you leave with something you can actually use together: a new way of talking, a desire finally spoken aloud, a first scene you built with your own hands.
Where a training involves BDSM or kink, the practices are taught live and hands-on in the studio, safely and at your own pace, never only in theory. Nothing is rushed, nothing is assumed, and nothing happens without both of you choosing it.
Each session runs about 90 to 120 minutes. Every training can be taken as its listed series of sessions, compressed into a single half-day intensive, or spread as a weekly series, whatever fits your life.
The Pathway
A gentle progression, from honest talking to shared desire to real touch. Take one training or walk the whole path. Around 8 to 10 sessions in total.
1. Speak and Be Heard: The Four Levels of Communication
Most couples are not fighting about the dishes. They are missing each other at a level neither of them can name.
Format: In person at the Marbella studio, or online. 2 sessions, or a single half-day intensive.
You will learn the four levels of communication that sit underneath every conversation you have, from surface facts down to the needs and feelings that rarely get said out loud. Anna shows you where your conversations keep stalling, then gives you the structure to drop down a level on purpose instead of by accident. You practise live, with each other, on the things that actually matter to you, while she guides the exchange so neither of you gets lost or talked over. You walk away able to tell the difference between venting and being heard, with a shared language for asking for what you need and a way back to each other when a conversation starts to slip. This is the groundwork everything else rests on.
2. Discovering Your Hidden Desires, Together
The desire you have never said out loud is usually the one your relationship is most hungry for.
Format: In person at the Marbella studio, or online. 2 sessions, or a single half-day intensive.
This is where most couples find the thing they did not know they were looking for. First you each map your desires privately, with real honesty and no audience, sorting them into yes, no and curious. Then, under a safe structure Anna holds the whole way, you share. You will name a fantasy aloud, perhaps for the first time, and learn to do it without flinching. Shame will show up; that is expected, and Anna works with it directly rather than around it, drawing on her training in understanding where shame comes from and how to reframe desire as a healthy part of who you are. You leave knowing more about each other than years of guessing ever gave you, with a map of where you both want to go and the confidence to keep exploring. This is the flagship of the couples work, and the one most couples start with.
3. Touch, Breath, Presence
You can share a bed for years and still never fully arrive in the room together.
Format: In person at the Marbella studio. 3 sessions, or a single half-day intensive.
An introduction to tantra and sacred intimacy, taught as something you do rather than something you read about. Across three sessions you move from presence, into the body, into energy and awakening: learning to slow down, to breathe together, to touch with full attention instead of autopilot. Anna guides each exercise live in the studio so you are never guessing what to do with your hands or your breath. Where a couple wants to go further, this training includes a live introduction to kink and sensual BDSM touch, taught hands-on, safely and entirely at your own pace. You walk away able to create presence on purpose, to touch and be touched without rushing to the finish, and with a felt sense of intimacy that does not depend on words. Nothing here is theoretical; you practise everything in the room.
4. Reconnection: Finding Each Other Again
Love rarely leaves all at once. It goes quiet, and the quiet becomes the habit.
Format: In person at the Marbella studio, or online. 3 sessions, or a single half-day intensive.
For couples who still love each other but feel the distance. Anna helps you understand how the gap actually formed, without blame and without rewriting your history, then rebuild the safety that distance quietly eroded. The three sessions move from understanding the distance, to rebuilding safety, to the specific conversations that reconnect, each one practised live with Anna guiding so the hard moments stay held rather than becoming another argument. You leave with the distance named and understood, a renewed sense of safety with each other, and a small set of conversations and practices you can keep using long after the sessions end. This is repair work, done honestly, at the pace the two of you can actually manage.
Exploring Power and Play Together
Standalone trainings for couples who want to explore power exchange, sensation and kink as a shared practice. All involve real, hands-on work in the studio.
5. Entering Power Exchange as a Couple
Power exchange is not about one of you winning. It is the most honest negotiation most couples ever have.
Format: In person at the Marbella studio. 4 sessions, or a single half-day intensive.
A full, grounded entry into BDSM and power exchange, built for two people doing it together. You start with the real foundations: what power dynamics and roles actually mean, then consent, safety and communication as the non-negotiable base. From there it becomes hands-on. Anna guides a first scene, live in the studio, where you set roles, limits and safewords, learn a first bondage tie, and practise aftercare for both of you, because the person giving needs care too. She draws on the psychology of bondage, connection and control throughout, so you understand what is happening between you, not just what to do with the rope. If a female-led shape fits your relationship, that can be woven in. You leave having actually done it once, safely and together, with the tools to keep going on your own.
6. The Art of Sensation: Pain, Pleasure and Edging
The line between pain and pleasure is not where most people think it is, and learning to play along it changes everything.
Format: In person at the Marbella studio. 3 sessions, or a single half-day intensive.
A live, hands-on exploration of sensation. Anna teaches the psychology of pain and pleasure and why the two are so closely wired, then the tools, techniques and safety that let you explore the edge without ever crossing into harm. You practise in the studio, at your own pace: reading each other’s responses, building and releasing intensity, and the art of edging and orgasm control, from setting the right atmosphere to tuning into sexual energy to the techniques that stretch pleasure further than you thought it could go. Every practice is consent-led and safety-first, with Anna watching the room so you can stay in the experience. You walk away with a shared vocabulary of sensation, a steadier sense of where your real limits sit, and the confidence to play along that edge together, deliberately and well.
7. Kink as a Shared Life
Kink does not have to be a secret you visit. It can become a language you live in.
Format: In person at the Marbella studio, or online. 2 sessions, or a single half-day intensive.
For couples who want kink woven into the relationship itself, not kept in a box for special occasions. Anna helps you break the last barriers around desire, master the communication and consent that make ongoing play safe, and understand the psychology underneath the practices you enjoy. Live kink practice is woven through the training, taught hands-on in the studio, so it becomes a real shared language rather than a theory you talk about and never use. You will look at how erotic play deepens intimacy, and at the long-term benefits of making kink an integrated part of your life together. You leave with kink as something that belongs to both of you, a steady way of talking about it, and a sense of it as a shared practice you can grow into over years, not a phase you pass through.
