The Mistress’s Mindset: A Live Practitioner Training with Mistress Anna
The Mistress is not a role you perform. She is a woman you become, and then a craft you practise with your own hands.
Who this is for
- A woman feeling the quiet call to step into the role of the Mistress, or to deepen into it
- An existing practitioner who knows the theory but wants real hands-on skill, taught live
- A couple’s dominant partner who wants to lead play safely and well, not from guesswork
- Any woman walking the path of conscious power exchange who wants to actually do it, on a real person, under expert guidance
- A woman who feels the call to do this work professionally, as a practising Dominatrix, because the craft here is taught to the standard that real professional practice demands
Format: In person at Mistress Anna’s private studio in Marbella, taught one to one or in a very small group. Eight sessions of 90 to 120 minutes, or a multi-day intensive for women travelling to Marbella. Sessions two to eight are hands-on with a consenting submissive or model, agreed in advance. Adults only, 18+. Taken on by application; rates are discussed personally once you apply.
What you become
This is the academy’s most advanced training, and it is not a lecture. It is live, in the room, on a real body. You do not leave with a costume or a reading list. You leave able to run each practice of BDSM on a submissive, safely and well, with your own hands. It is taught to the standard that professional practice demands, so it is also the ground for the woman who feels called to do this work as a profession.
One session builds the ground. Session one is the only inner session, and it gives you the presence a Mistress stands on: how to be truly in the room, how to summon the five faces of the integrated woman on purpose rather than falling into one, how to pause and find the wound beneath an impulse so you never lead from reaction, how to hold power as a field you generate and return rather than something you grip, and what actually happens in a submissive’s brain and body when they surrender. That is the foundation you carry into everything after.
Then the craft, every session hands-on with a consenting submissive or model. You learn to negotiate consent and build the scene container that makes all of it safe. You learn command, protocol and presence: voice, gaze, positions, ritual, how to lead and correct a submissive and hold the dynamic in the room. You learn impact play with hand, flogger, paddle and cane, where it is safe to strike and where you must never land one. You learn bondage and restraint with rope and cuffs, with full circulation and nerve safety. You learn sensation play, wax, temperature and sensory deprivation, and exactly where each one may and may not go. You learn psychological play, done ethically and strictly by consent, because it can cut deeper than anything physical. And then you run a full scene start to finish, integrating all of it, with complete aftercare for the one you held and for yourself.
You practise every piece on a real person, under Mistress Anna’s close guidance, with full attention to risk, limits, safewords and aftercare throughout. You leave not performing the Mistress, but being her, with the craft in your hands.
The arc of the training
One session of inner ground, then seven of live, hands-on craft. Eight sessions, taken as a weekly series or as a multi-day intensive.
- The Inner Ground. The only inner session. Presence and embodiment, the five faces summoned on purpose, the pause that keeps you from leading from a wound, holding power as a field you generate and return, and what surrender does to a submissive’s brain and body. The foundation you bring to all the craft.
- Negotiation, Consent and the Scene Container. The safety spine before any play: limits, safewords, risk, scene planning and the aftercare framework. Hands-on, negotiating a real scene.
- Command, Protocol and Presence. Voice, gaze, positions, ritual, leading and correcting a submissive, and holding the D/s dynamic live in the room.
- Impact Play. Hand, flogger, paddle and cane. Safe zones, no-go areas, warm-up and build, and the technique and rhythm of each implement, read continuously on a real body.
- Bondage and Restraint. Rope fundamentals, cuffs and positions, with circulation checks, nerve safety, no suspension for beginners, and shears always to hand.
- Sensation Play. Wax, temperature, sensory deprivation and the pinwheel, and exactly where each sensation may and may not cross.
- Psychological Play. Humiliation, mind games, roleplay, command and headspace, done ethically and strictly by negotiated consent, with the receiver’s state read continuously.
- Running a Full Scene. The capstone. You integrate negotiation, a chosen dynamic, impact, bondage, sensation and psychological play into one complete scene, with full aftercare and sub-drop and top-drop care.
