We understand that reaching out about BDSM education and kink can feel vulnerable. When you contact KinK Academy, everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality. We do not share your personal information with third parties and all enquiries are handled with discretion, care and respect.
Our response time is within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 to 22:00 (Spain time). For urgent matters, please mark your email clearly and we will prioritise your response.
