At Kink Academy , we believe that ethical, conscious, and inclusive education has the power to transform lives, relationships, and communities. We are always looking for experienced educators, facilitators, therapists, coaches, performers, and community leaders who are passionate about sharing knowledge in a respectful and empowering way. Our academy is more than a learning platform. It is a space dedicated to consent, emotional intelligence, communication, identity exploration, intimacy, self-expression, and personal growth. We welcome teachers from diverse backgrounds, experiences, identities, and practices who align with our values of safety, inclusivity, education, and human connection. As a Kink Academy teacher, you can create workshops, online courses, live classes, community talks, mentorship experiences, and educational events that help people discover themselves in a healthier and more conscious way. Whether your expertise is in BDSM foundations, rope, tantra, conscious dominance and submission, relationship dynamics, embodiment practices, communication skills, queer identity, sensual arts, emotional wellbeing, or intimacy coaching, your voice and experience can help others grow with confidence and awareness. We are especially interested in educators who approach their work with maturity, professionalism, compassion, and a strong understanding of consent and ethical practice. Our mission is not based on shock value or stereotypes, but on education, empowerment, freedom of identity, and creating safer spaces for authentic exploration. By joining our teaching community, you become part of a growing movement connected to LOV Association and our wider mission to promote emotional wellbeing, identity freedom, ethical relationships, and conscious intimacy through education, workshops, support spaces, and community events. If you feel aligned with our vision, we would love to hear from you. Share your experience, teaching ideas, areas of expertise, and the type of classes or experiences you would like to offer. Together, we can create meaningful education that inspires self-awareness, connection, confidence, and personal liberation.
All instructors must promote a culture of consent, respect, inclusivity, and emotional safety at all times. Teaching must be educational, ethical, and free from coercion, discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior. Instructors are expected to maintain professionalism and clear boundaries with students and community members. Any demonstrations, workshops, or classes involving physical interaction must prioritize informed consent and participant wellbeing. Hate speech, discrimination, racism, transphobia, homophobia, misogyny, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated. Instructors must represent Kink Academy in a respectful and community-centered manner both online and offline. Educational content should focus on awareness, communication, safety, personal growth, and ethical practices. We reserve the right to remove instructors or reject applications that do not align with our values, mission, or community standards.
Before becoming an instructor on Kink Academy , all applicants go through a review and verification process to help maintain a safe, ethical, and high-quality educational environment for our community. To get started, simply submit your application with information about your background, teaching experience, areas of expertise, social links or website, and the type of workshops or courses you would like to offer. Our team will carefully review each application to ensure alignment with our values of consent, inclusivity, professionalism, and community wellbeing. Please note that instructor accounts and course publishing access are only approved after verification has been completed. Additional identity confirmation, certifications, references, interviews, or sample material may be requested depending on the type of content being offered.
