3. Tuning into Your Sexual Energy: mindfulness and sexual self-awareness, and breathwork and energy flow for enhanced arousal
4. Techniques for Mastering Orgasm Control: essential edging techniques for beginners, and advanced methods for precision control
5. Integration, Mastery, and Beyond: maintaining confidence and practice consistency, and bringing edging into daily life and relationships
Every lesson blends clear teaching, real-world stories, guided exercises, and strong safety guidance, and each includes a “Therapy to Try” practice drawing on a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Sensate Focus, cognitive reframing (CBT), mindful savoring, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the body scan (MBSR), conscious breathwork, urge surfing, somatic titration, behavioral habit formation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The course closes with a reflective assignment to make the learning truly your own.
